Associative array parameters required - WP Error

Not sure if this is the right thread to put the post in,

I am getting "Associative array parameters required" when I am going to wp-admin screen. and not able to login

any thought on what to do to fix this?

Which plugin should I disable?

I did some googling, but not able to figure out.

Any help would be great
