Advertisement-get more views for your articles
Recruitment-get talented people to join
Research and Development-use the money to conquer other internet marketing niches/skills.

I think he's got the right idea. If a team is formed based on individual tasks (or maybe everyone has similar tasks but focused on what they do best) and everyone helps boost each other, then find a reasonable way to split the profit... it could work.

Then again, why not just start another article site? It could be BH friendly and non-US friendly. Be at the top instead of at the bottom. All you need it a site layout and infrastructure, then a shit load of content to start off (outsource).

But yea, communication is big. I think the forum is a good idea. When I have some time this week I'll be in contact.
 
If you're gonna start a team doing writing/promoting/etc, why not start your own blogs? Throw some adsense and affiliate products on there, I think with a good team, you'll make more money than with AC. For example, I'd get a team together, set up say...20 blogs on various niches. Then have like 10 writers, 2 promoters/SEO guys (people that know how to outsource), and one tech guy.

I have create a forum just for it. I am adding content as i am speaking. I agreed with exiledone that there are better article money spinner outs there, but the problem is if you can't conquer AC, what make you tink u can conquer easier niches.

The team basically as what exiledone said, so everyone can focus on his/her own specialized field. But the main idea is, if we work as a team, the chances of failure is much much lower. When there is place of agreement, there is power.

I have added my skype and msn contact. Don't tink i will create yahoo or aim, skype and msn offer enuff features to communicate yea. Haha. Once we start making money, then we will move to another niches, but that will be the near future.

Btw, I am not a pro at this. If you read up on all my threads, I joined bhf just 5 days ago. But I am good with organising teams and relationships and such. When I wanted to see something done, I will see it done to the end. I read on AC 4 days ago, create 4 articles 3 days ago, now waiting for approval...haha. But I have some AC experts on the team, and it really helps alot. :)

I have created a forum called ace****.info. (I have create it, but i can't advertise due to forum regulations, just added to inform you guys i have really done it)

I am a person why say it and make sure it is done. If you can't commit, you can join too but with big fee. I am not trying to advertise, but it is SOLELY for AC, not other internet marketing niches. *Moderators, I hope i aren't breaking any regulations here*
