the question isn't if you are able to get away with a w9, the bottom line is, will they verify the through the IRS if the w9 is fake or not prior to pay you?
it is obvious that even if you live in the U.S. by using L1 proxies, constantly clearing out your cookies, and by being careful, nobody will trace you down, not even the feds, but, one thing is to be safe about what you are doing, another is if it will work or not, perhaps after you've submitted the fake w9, they pay you once or twice while they verify it, and then ban you, and all your time and work and money (if you outsource) will go down the drain, and you only received like $20 or so.

The phone verification wont really be so much of an issue, rather it will put some extra money in some people's pocket ( wink wink PVA's)

it would be fun if it was only the phone verification. but you also need the w9 form, that's what will turn AC into a dead method for us.
Oh really... well i went back and read through again and it states there that alternately you will be asked to provide W9. So my understanding is that it is one or the other (i might be wrong)
Just copied the test below from the link above
"When the User Verification program goes live, you will be prompted on the site to enter your phone number and choose to receive either a text message or phone call. Within 5 minutes, you will receive your call or text message containing a code, which you will be asked enter into the website to verify your account. Alternately, you will be able to verify your account by faxing a complete IRS W-9 form to AC?s accounting department"

I honestly hope you're right and the text means exactly what it says.

try dupecop desktop pro with a word window length of 3 versus the original article..copyscape finds matches by checking window length of 3 to 5 words

Thanks (button clicked). I think I might just sign up for the premium copyscape. 100 articles for $5 isn't bad at all. i didn't even realize that was an option as I have only used copyscape like 2 times in the past for articles that were online.
I definitely dont buy this. I spent most of my day a couple weeks ago rewriting ezines by hand, the ENTIRE darn article. I rewrote 40 and 6 of them were accepted. And you are only changing the first two sentences?

Changing only the first 2 sentences in an enzine article that you got from a list off warez, really sounds amazing. But I can't help but put a few things together that gives me the impression that it's not true.
Now, I could be wrong but when I consider your username,"JokerLA," along with this idea, then I just can't believe it. Its like your name says that you are playing a joke on the ones who try this.

I hate to burst your bubble but I had an article declined because 2 sentences in the third paragraph were found online in another article. Maybe it depends on the editor reviewing your work but I seriously don't think changing only 2 sentences is going to be enough to keep fooling them.
