I owe around ~$2500 on my PayPal account from getting scammed. How do I open up another account so I can start getting paid by AC, or is there a different payment method offered by them?

They pay only via paypal.

Only paypal, US paypal I believe. This is why I hate it

Just make a new paypal, because that's the only way you can get paid unfortunately. If you need to verify it then buy a virtual credit card.
