Associated Content Accounts

Is there anyway where I can get Associated Content PVAs or is there a reason why no-one is selling them?

I checked search, BST and the Associated Content section and the only seller seems to be inactive...

You read that part of the forum but didn't see the posts on how AC's legal team cracked down hard on people using PVA's from outside the U.S and kept thousands of the articles for themselves and banned everyone?
