WSO Auto eStore

Which is the best (conversion, great ranking in google, etc) and works with all WP themes? If not mistaken by looking at the Auto eStore thread in warriorforum, it seems to have some issues working with most of the custom themes. Which one is better for long term and powerful?
Anyone mind to share their experiences?
