aspect ratio with videos

I cant seem to find a way to put videos in my ads, I get videos of content from my clients brand and I put them on ads manager it says ads wont deliver on ig and fb placements. Most of the content I get have a caution emblem and it says because of the aspect ratio, Ive tried editing the videos aspect ratio on capcut and capcut doesn't seem to have the aspect ratio im looking for where else can I look to solve this issue ?
