Seller still acts and ignorance on the refund policy. Requested to refund from within 24 hours to 3 days. Still doesn't want to refund and keeps on talking bunch of useless things. Proxy is not premium. It keeps changes location from Ohio to North Carolina to Florida to Pennysylvania.

Can you provide us or the Telegram support with a list of proxies that you used that had speed issues.
