I get many alert email from BHW. Can i disable it? It is annoying

Check out the "Brand New to BHW" subforum. Took me a while to figure out bhw too, still figuring it out. Not the most user friendly unfortunately lol.

I am also receiving email alerts. Even though without receiving email notifications option is selected, I am receiving email alerts.
