Asking for help with T2

I already got 80 expired tumblrs as T1
1x80 articles with moneysite
1x80 articles with profiles
1x80 authority articles

Now its time to do Tier 2.
I was thinking about doing X wordpress and other web 2.0 also as T1
and other X web 2.0 and link there the first ones.

A friend told me its not a good idea he told me that i need to mix links
Can u guys here help me and tell what is the best T2 strategy?

I'm using contextual links from GSA. You can PM if you want me to do it for you or just do it yourself. Make sure you build tier 3 too, then index.

I think a lot of tiered building is going away because of the emphasis on quality. Look at getting into the PBN game as those have built in quality T2
