Hello guys I want to ask regarding proxies and anti-detect browser. So I did some surveys like 2-4 surveys at the same time using Dolphin Anty and proxy from swiftproxy.io. When I withdrew and waited for it, suddenly 3 account was refunded and their account balance is frozen by admin. I ask the admin and he said due to VPN/proxies while the first one is completed. I want to ask tho is it because the proxy is easily detected or because dolphin anty? Because I just noticed that when I do random fingerprint for dolphin, the user agent stay the same. I'm not expert in this so I want to ask is it because the user agent string stay the same that I easily detected or because the proxy?

If you use like a datacenter proxy they can get detected by the site. You should use residential/4g mobile proxy that will not be detected

So Dolphin Anty is fine right? I'm a bit curious since the user agent is the same and not randomized

I see that your proxy provider offers residential proxies. That’s a decent option, but sometimes the IPs they use can be compromised. Also, it's worth checking the geo-location of these IPs -- your survey site might not trust responses coming from certain countries. Generally, mobile proxies are considered the safest option. They are worth considering, especially since rotation can help reduce costs.

You should also fine-tune your browser settings. Dolphin Anty allows you to change the User-Agent, so you should definitely do that. I’d also suggest reaching out to their support -- they might have some useful tips for proper configuration. Dolphin is a solid browser, and plenty of people use it without issues.

Another factor is unnatural behavior during the surveys, but that mostly applies to those using scripts. If you're doing everything manually with an anti-detect browser, you should be fine.

At the same time, if the proxy from swiftproxy.io is known or has been used by many others, that could also raise suspicions. My take is that you might want to try a couple of things:

Manually randomize or rotate your user agent string in Dolphin Anty to see if that helps.
Experiment with a different proxy service, preferably one that offers residential IPs, which are usually less flagged.

Addressing both factors should help reduce detection risks.

There are a few things to keep in mind. A good anti-detect browser and a dedicated mobile proxy (use SOCKS5) are essential. The mobile proxy should come from the same country as the website or service you want to use.

Additionally, it's important that the browser fingerprint matches the fingerprint of the proxy. With a mobile proxy, this is usually Android. If you use an anti-detect browser and set the OS to Windows, it creates a mismatch, making the proxy easier to detect. So you need a mobile proxy with passiv OS fingerprint (pOf). Change it to the OS for your browser fingerprint.

It’s also crucial to create a new profile for each account and never change it. Everything should appear as natural as possible, with human-like behavior to make the proxy undetectable.

It's not just about the proxy; it's about the entire setup and understanding key factors like browser fingerprinting, TCP/IP fingerprinting, Canvas, WebRTC, WebGL, timezone settings, language settings, hardware IDs, and more.

It could be a mix of both—the proxy being detected or the user agent staying the same. Try rotating user agents properly and using high-quality proxies for better anonymity.

How often do the proxies rotate? Does each environment correspond to a unique proxy IP?
 
You need a good anti detect browser with either rotating residential proxies or if you want to manage the account long term, a Static ISP proxy could be a good option

In this case, it is mainly due to the proxy. You should switch to a different type of proxy, and using a residential proxy is the best option. Alternatively, you can try a new proxy along with a new antidetect browser. Many services offer trial versions, so you should check to make sure where the problem lies
 
You can try with different different combinations first to know what's the issue is. In my case I use dolphin browser and residential proxy which works great

I think that the swiftproxy.ai proxy may be detected as suspicious (shared IP, known IP range).The inconsistency between the Dolphin Anty User-Agent and the proxy type strengthens the detection.
