asking about how to login to support page BHW

Hello everyone, i been struggling to understand how can i able to login on https://support.blackhatworld.com/support/login
back then since i newbie, i got 1 warning score because i not aware i can't mention anything spesific on intro section. when i ask them to explain more
they throw the issue to support with ticket

but since i don't know how to login nor register on there, i can't see or even react at all
can you guys give me information how to do that?
