In Korea, shared proxies are $ 50 per month for 2000 proxies.
I saw a proxy vendor for BHW.
Why is the price so expensive?

I think you are confusing them brother, roatating and shared are quiet different.

Shared proxies are proxies where you get a static list (a list that doesn't change). A fairly small group of other people might also use those same shared proxies. If you need to use the same proxy multiple times, shared proxies work well for that. But they can be expensive because they are reserving specific proxies for you.

Rotating proxies are where you do not get a static list. The list changes constantly. Other people also use those, but instead of connecting to specific proxies/IPs, you and the other users get random proxies from the group. So you can get a huge pool for much cheaper than if you're reserving specific proxies/IPs.

Thanks for the reply.
What I'm using is Rotating proxies.
Is there a lot of Rotating proxies that offer web proxy service?
When I asked a Korean company, I called it a web proxy.

You can find all kinds of proxies in the marketplace here:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/proxies-for-sale.112/

There are sellers for rotating proxies and other proxies of all kinds.

There are actually three types.
Shared proxies it can be with 2 users or 3 or couple at max which makes it's good enough for most works.
Dedicated proxies it will be exclusive to you so it's the best one.
Rotating proxies it is shared proxies pool where hundreds to thousands of users using couple hundred to thousands of IPs which makes it's worst for most purposes except some.

End of the day it's your choice and type of your task for proxy need it varies.

there are only 2 types of http/https proxies

1. public free proxies - with residential ips obtained from botnets, or obtained from any other method
2. private proxies - this proxies are the proxies you need to authenticate to, otherwise they will be called free public proxies

There are 2 types of private proxies:

a. dedicated - you are the only person using them
b. shared - where there are multiple users using them

Other names for HTTP/HTTPS proxies as semi-dedicated or rotating proxies are just invented.
For example you can call rotating proxies the dedicated or shared private proxies or the public free proxies that placed under a script will rotate themselves.
Usually rotating proxies are shared private proxies placed in a pool, you are connecting to a socks 4/5 or to a an HTTP proxy and you are going to the internet using another ip, not with the ip you have been connected to, the forwarding ip can be different on every http request, or different on a specific time.
