    I use Camtasia Studio, but I have to convert .flv to .mp4 first as it does not supports .flv format.

    Camtasia here also. Easiest in my opinion.

    For fast bulk videos: Camtasia.
    For high quality videos: After Effects, Final Cut Pro.

    I think that the best is Camtasia, but you can also use blue berry software(BB FlashBack Pro 3).

    PowerDirector is good and flexible,but Adobe After Effects for PRO videos and editing videohive and similiar projects..
