Just wondering if anyone knows of any WP plugins that will go through your already published posts and insert randomized anchor links somewhere within the body of the post.

You can try 'smart links' plugin. You can provide the keyword and the URL to link to and it will automatically link that keyword wherever it appear (new or existing posts).

I see it`s old post ,but just share exp. i used free plugin SEO Auto Links & Related Posts.It`s work fine for me can find in the wordpress site
