Hi, I'm planning to build my web offering link building service. I'm creating the confirmation page of payment and just trying with custom contact form plugin by Taylor Lovett. It's great. However, I have some difficulty to create two level of option.
So, I was successfully create the package options for example: package A, package B, & package C (radio button). But, what I want is when the client, choose the package A, there will be another radio button & checkmark that he should fill. So it does with the package B &C, there will be different options for each package. I just can't make it. Or do you have any recommendation or suggestion which WP plugin can do so?
