[ASK] Which Social Media Sites Allow Javascript Optin Boxes?

Hey B-Hatters:

I have a "free report" that I want to give away in return for people opting in to get it. I want to use Social Media sites such as Squidoo, etc. to place the optin box on.

Can Anyone tell me off-hand which Social Media sites you know of that allow the use of javascript optin boxes (forms)?

Well I've heard rumours of Facebook allowing Javascript but to be honest, I'm not sure
I still would really like the free report :/

I think a few months ago I see optin box on squidoo but I forgot the address. he place it on the right sidebar below his profile info, if I found the link I will post it here

The only thing that I know works is take a screen shot of a page with an opt in box and crop out the box and make it a link to the opt in page
