[ask] Where to start?

Hello black haters, I've been in IM about a year now, and through out this year I've focused so much on SEO and had a little or almost no success, a while ago I decided to focus more on social networks, so I thought I need a good advice from you guys, what is your strategy for social network marketing?, how do you get constant traffic? and what is the most profitable networks to focus on?

P.S. I'm trying to market a food recipe website, has 30k impressions/month with PR2 domain.
