[ASK] What kind is this penalty? Mobile usability always dropped

Hello, i'm experienced mobile usability on GSC always dropped with random time range (usually every 1 week until 2 month range). Not all website but this shit happens often. After dropped usually traffic will also decrease drastically. Anyone know what kind of is this penalty? Thanks.

Google being stupid.
I occasionally get errors in GSC but then they go away the next time it's crawled.

It's not a penalty as far as I know.

but in my case it wasn't mobile usability error who increased, but the valid url one decreased as you can see in the pic from 100+ urls valid decreased to 13 urls.

Are your PC pages still ok or decreasing as well ?
That's weird...Have you thought about using a sitemap for mobile pages ?
