I have a website that is 5 years old and is on the first page of Bing, and Yahoo and used to be 1st result on google for the keywords get paid at home.

I really haven't had time to really do anything with it so the traffic is down. Although I just recently added a new elite forum to it as well.

I am thinking of putting it up for sale at one of the flipping sites so, I would like to get some ideas on how much it might be worth.

Here is the link and it does have alot of backlinks and indexed pages.

Thanks for any advice from people that flip sites.... :)

Hopefully someone can give me a questimation....

Maybe meathead ??? Please.

I think your main problem here... or reason for not getting any input is that your post doesn't contain enough information to go off of. For example, #1 rankings on keyword X could mean 1MM visitors per month or 1000 or even zero if its a lousy keyword. But, most people aren't going to want to go out and research your keywords to figure out how much traffic it may or may not be getting. So, you might want to be more thorough in your post.

You'd need to include things like:

How much you earn each month?
From where?
For how long have you been earning like this?
Is the product service your own or is it an affiliate product?
Does it come with ownership of a product?
How much time/work does it take each day to run the site?
How much traffic?
Where does the traffic come from?

Stuff like that helps people evaluate the site and I think you'd get a better response if you provide that sort of info...

Also, you say there is a dip in traffic. Can you fix that? If so, definitely fix it before the sale and explain the reason for the dip in traffic to assure the buyer. If you don't fix it, past traffic and past rankings mean very little to most people. People may look at it like, "hey, he did it before, maybe I can do it again" but they'll expect to get it cheap. Best thing you could do is resuscitate before the sale.

Good luck.
