Hi, my heroes.

I write a blog post on my wordpress Home every day.

When writing the post, I tagged the title with H1, and there were too many H1s on the page.

Which is better, H1,H2,H3 for the post title?

Thank you for reading.

In most cases the post title should be H1, and it's good to make a catchy title also that's more likely to be searched for and encourage the reader to read more than just the title itself. And yes, you should have just one H1 per page, but you can have multiples of H2, H3 etc

H1 tag you should use only ONCE in you post.
Also, H1 it's the best for post title.

Best regards,
Greg.

The title in the browser and what shows up on Google SERPs is a <title> tag. The headline on the page should be a <H1> tag.

By default, WordPress automatically creates a duplicate <title> and <H1> tag from whatever you add into this box:

You can then use H2, H3 etc in the rest of the post.

I recommend using an SEO plugin like SEOPress so you can create unique <title> tags for each post.

H1 is the best header for post title. You can use only one H1 for the post.
