[ASK] suggestion for my website and domain

Okay first thing first, I am from Indonesia.
I want to ask about what your suggestion to do about this domain. I have 2 domains that I buy in impulse buying. One of the domains just got park and I'm doing nothing at it. While the other I already made something but still no result at all. So here are the domains.

1. trafficinstant dot com (Indonesia geo)
In this domain, I build simple website that resells traffic for now. Promote it FB ads and google ads and spend about 50 USD but the result is pretty crappy, no conversion, only 1 email lead, traffic is not good. Google ads got very high CPC because of the niche and fb ads while cheaper, but still a little miss (I made other thread asking about FB ads problem). So before I spend more money to try different ads, there is something that I must to do to my sites.

My idea will be adding more service (resell from other of course) that have a connection with web traffic. Redesign the web and thinking about webspeed improvement.

What I need suggestion will be in promoting it. Web traffic niche gotten a very high CPC in google ads so my budget blow like crazy there. Is there any niche suggestion idea about web traffic ?
For FB ads, I am confuse while choosing my audience. I target people that have interest in internet, SEO, web design, web developer. The result is very bad, so do you have any other Idea who will be interested to buy my service ?

2. Anyhype dot com
This is the parked domain that I own. I buy this domain thinking that it can sell high in domain marketplace. And because how newbie I am, of course the domain got 0 interest at all.
So I plan to do something about this domain.
What is your suggestion for this ?

First you should forget FB and google advertising while you don't have a good budget for spending and also you have cheap services which can't return your investment, so you can't make a bundle.
Just in a quick calculation:
At least google gets approx 0.5$ for a click and if you want to customise and use more features, it can be more than 5$ per click.
If you have 1% conversation rate، you have to spend at least 50$ for a customer, so you should use this customer for returning your investment and profits.
second, try to advertise your services in weblogs, social media, etc. You have to generate unique posts and send them to your website and share them as well. When your business goes up, then you can start to advertise in FB and google.

anyhype dot com would be a great name for a viral website. You could monetise with display ads and do quite well.
