[ask] Remove http/https from url (php)

zero knowledge in php language,
scraping image from another site, but i want to replace http/https to https://i0.wp.com/,
example :
https://i.ibb.co/ykcWkh7/help.jpg to https://i0.wp.com/i.ibb.co/ykcWkh7/help.jpg
how should i add the above code to the script below (see image), or is there another way to achieve the same result (replacing http/https)?
english is not my 1st language, i hope u understand what i ask.
