[Ask] Really Weird Situation With My Domain

hello sir i want to tell you all first that i using vps digital ocean 5$ package and then i build a site landing page with 4 menu inside the site. and after a month my site looks weird because the root domain and another one menu page got deindex i guess if i check from site:

but 2 menu page again is index until now in google , so can somebody tell me what going on? because the most traffic in that web is come from that dissapeared menu.

in webmaster all good no manual action.
