I am searching around to see if there are any powerful Press Release Submission tools but the results are too bad. Really don't like the "Press Bot" of Icansoft. Not sure if there is any powerful tools available.

there is one from Submit Suite and works pretty slick

Sorry - just found 'Submit Suite' ...
Does anyone know of this type of software which targets the UK market?
