Are sites from Ning network really work to get backlinks? I am getting same IP from all these sites.

No. i was loving them before - but now they have gone nofollow anyway (assuming you mean profile building) so not worth it imo

As ning site provide no-follow link these are not worth more in backlinking but provides lots of traffic if handled well.

Ning is a waste of time SERP wise. Been there, tried that.
