Hello @Festinger it's time to ask my questions.
- I am making an affiliate site, just wanted to know how can i make

Also is it possible to make every download into sales at different price with the same feel. Also what should i use woocommerce or EDD products?

you could use a social sharing plugin which will be used to drive traffic when people share and gives you unique visitors.

Paid Membership Pro... a outdated membership plugin, so my best call would be for the Astra theme + LMS or RCP (in case you're only restricting whole posts).
I don't have a favorite WordPress theme. The choice for each theme depends on it's requirements. I'd like the Salient theme a lot, as it provides many useful settings and unique layouts.
The problem I am encountering with a lot of 'Multi Purpose' themes is that these themes are bloated with TOO many settings, which slows down your website significantly.
Sorry mate, I don't have experience with such plugin.

From my experience, Envato does check each plugin or theme for such hidden purchases. They are not allowed to sell themes that requires an additional purchase to keep the functionalities.
I have known some plugins that are selling 'add-ons', but this is clearly stated in the product description.

That's a BIG question with not a simple answer. From my point of view, WordPress will remain the most popular CMS around the web.
It has a LARGE database of plugins and themes available, so for every purpose you can use WP. Ideally, I dislike the interface of WP, as many outdated features should be stripped.

- Sure. I am using the Salient theme in combination with the Your Drive Plugin (it's located in the private storage). I have considered creating a website with EDD products, but there are a very few themes available which I like. Mostly are game related and that's not my cup of tea. If you would like to continue to offer books as digital download, I would go with EDD, as their virtual products add-ons + settings are better than WC IMO.
Using plugins to drive traffic? Hmmm.... not sure what you mean? Plugins cannot generate traffic; you have search for sources.

Namecheap hosting services, I'd better stay away from NC for hosting. For domain names, it's good!
I would go with SiteGround, they have a very fast and optimized WP environment which costs a few bucks, but results are good enough for shared hosting.

- sometimes edit.php will not open (http 500 error)
- strange tag will be added in anormal way, and they are counting more and more
- if i add a new category for my posts the website will crash
- and maybe other errors that in this moment i dont see, but hosting provider said that they cannot help. The only thing i see is the error_log file on the folder

Also I've tried on your site where I bought wp themes access,I tried downloading the theme called Ucard but it says that the stylesheet is missing...can you please fix that I'd like to try that theme

It seems that your WordPress website has been hacked (someone or script added these tags to your posts).
I would go for a complete re-install for WordPress, that means a new install on localhost, export your WP posts and it's metadata and import it to your new WP install (without the activation of any plugins).
Next, you can clean each post (or in bulk using a plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-sheet-editor-bulk-spreadsheet-editor-for-posts-and-pages/)
