Don't Dump them...Try to use WMT to index your site and also you can use your social media like Tweet,share,G+ share to get indexed...Sooner or later it will 100% indexex if it wasn't penalized

Why would you even use these when google will destroy you in about a month? I seen people charge pretty high for links you must make a lot more money? PBN is for churn and burn right?

OP, how much money and effort is required for a decent sized PBN say with 10 sites, i mean including domains, articles, etc and time to be spent!

You can get domains for $30-100 and hosting less than $2 per month.For articles Buy in Bulk for $2 for each article.The rest i'll leave you to do math.
As i said before just for an extra precaution, who knows what Big G are up to.

If you have less than 20 Domains try to do it manually with VPN..
Or you can try Rankwyz or FCS as meashis said..

1) What actually is SEO Hosting? If I've say 10 sites, and I buy ten different hostings (not SEO hosting), I will simply update that and I'm gonna get 10 Ips. This gonna work right?
2) Recently I purchased few domains from godaddy auctions (expireddomains.net). It's so happened that if I won the auction at very lowest price say $10 then I've to spend another $12 for making it active for another 1 year and then I've to spend another $10 for privacy. This makes around 30$ to 40$ (sometimes..). If you got any coupons then say 25$ but in rare case. Any way to get cheap expire domains very lower than the above mentioned prices?
3)* How do you boost up your PBN? Do you just leave as it is or do you build more backlinks to it? If yes, then what kind of ?

2) i only go godaddy auction when i don't find any domains in expireddomains.net which is indeed min $30 and you don't need to do whois privacy instead you can use fake details for registration(fakenamegenerator.com).For coupon just google it.
3)Normally i buy domains who already has Good backlink profile..But incase i've to build Backlinks i will do with GSA SER options: OBL < 10 PR+ Contextual

I see one blog from my competitor, he use 5 pbn, and is ranked with several keywords.... he is using brand url and post url....
Example i need to rank Dog Training...
he put brand url:
www.domain.com
and put too anchor text with target post like: www.domain.com/dog-training
I'm using only anchor text in my posts on PBN to target my post to my money site, i'm not using the root domain...
What you think is best?

In ur scenario it depends upon your backlink profile (% of main keywords etc etc).if you have right percentage of main keyword diversity than using branding keyword/url can also helps in ranking.

Sometimes just PBN post is not enough though it depends upon competition and it's better to use mixture Domain PBN and Web 2.0 Blog Network for your money site.And also 10 niche relevant PBN post is better than 50 normal PBN post.it might be possible that Your competitor is getting niche relevant Blog post .
