Hi, you have impressive career in local seo. I would like to DIY local seo for my few GBP'S. Would you recommend me step by step guide or path to rank my GMB. I have done on page optimization in Mt GBP and created areas pages on my site for my 3 SAB GMBs the thing that I am not sure that is the off-site seo can you please help me with that thank you.

I doubt it I have not seen any improvement
 
How do I get a niche low competitive business located in VA but serves in different cities/ state on Google Maps?
