1. You usually advertise with a US or AU country ads account?
2. Do you prefer to use paypal or vcc directly when adding billing?
3. If you wish, would you like to share step by step how to get an ads coupon, and how to run out the ads coupon for advertising. I used to use coupon ads but always die in the middle of the road when the ads run.
5. do you use gsuite to create multiple emails? Or do you prefer to use a normal Gmail account to advertise?

Let's say the RDP is set to the US and the first step you have mentioned is to create the Google Account (or Gmail account). While creating the account Google will ask for phone verification. Do you buy a virtual phone number or do use a free one from sites like ping.me?
In my case, I bought a virtual phone number from the US and matched the location with the US IP of my RDP. When I tried to put the virtual phone number during the "Google Account Sign Up" process, it says your phone number cannot be used.
Do you know the reason for that? I m using amazon AWS RDP and the virtual phone number I bought from the app (Numero).

You get this info, when phone number was used on too many accounts, so probably you just got highly spammed to death phone number and might think about other provider.
Even if you luckly get fresh number and Google will accept it, you are sure that this number will be used shortly after by others, so your account will get quickly flagged/banned anyway
