First, I'm sorry if I post in the wrong section, and also sorry about my grammar.

I don't know what it calls in other countries, but in our country, it calls the internet positive, which means the site got block by the government because of the content (adult, porn, gambling, etc.). And my question is there a way to unblocking that site again, so the visitor didn't have to use VPN to access that site?

I don't talk about use VPN or change IP to unblock the site. What I want is completely remove the internet positive. What I know is once the site got positive internet, there is no way to remove it unless the government gives the permission. But it's weird because I saw some competitors can remove it. Thank you.

@NicholasVegas Yeah, my friend said the same thing. I think it's amazing if someone can do that, especially if that country banned all illegal activities.

Lets talk about our country China here, everyone knows the GFW and its power, so such spam/porn/gamble things will be completely blocked, means your site IP is blacklisted, if you know more, even facebook, twitter, youtube are blocked here lol.

There are still a lot porn/illegal Chinese websites in our country, but they all use Hongkong, Taiwan, Japan, Korean etc small country hosting and when your new IP got caught, you fucked up again, so its very unstable and slow for mainland Chinese to visit such sites which use long distance hostings. So maybe change hostings is the only way to get you covered, btw, I have no idea about CDN, thus whether it can help with your situation I dunno.
