Hi Experts,

Below are the crucial question asked by my clients to me. Please guide me :(

Question 1: If I have 10 website each related to real estate can I interlink them using anchor link whether Big G count it in linkfarm or not? What is the best possible way to do Interlinking between sites?

Question 2: Can we use same target keyword with 3 different url having domain like .com, .net, .org and hosting these sites on same server is this ethical way of seo? Example : propertyineurope.com , propertyineurope.net, propertyineurope.org hosting in same server Is this ok?

Question 3: How to do Internal Linking between pages on your website in best possible manner?

1. If all sites are hosted on the same server, same IP, same everything, then try not to use links between them.
2. As said above...
3. Internal linking is an important part of your sites architecture. Use a different anchor to each page or section, for example if the anchor "Make Money" is linked to "Our Services" don't use the same anchor text to other section of the site. Keep links clean and easy to crawl.
You can actually use several anchors to point to a single section, for example, you can use the anchor "Be your own boss" to point the already mentioned "Our Services".
Hope it helps!

2. If it's the same activity don't use such similar domains! +1 Victoria from DNP: Don't link them between them/or don't host them on the same server.

There's absolutely no problem interlinking inbetween domains on the same server and same IP, especially if it is for user benefit (the owner wants visitors to know of other sites he owns).

You just won't get as much SEO benefit as with comes from links that are generated by domains on different IP addresses with different registrant info. But there is still some benefit.

There is no penalty directly associated from the fact that sites are interlinking on the same IP/host.

That being said ... if the sites are essentially clones, have the exact same information ... I personally wouldn't interlink. There aren't direct penalties associated with interlinking but there are penalties associated with over-optimizing and sitewide links on a bunch of new domains qualifies as overoptimization.

Hmm got your point here but in second question can I put same keyword on different domain which are on same server yea I understand the interlinking part but how about "same keyword on different domain" using same server

In your first point I can understand there is no problem in interlinking two domain on same ip address only if two domain have different useful content for user benefit or different url name my question is what if both sites have same url name but on different domain like as I already specified above propertyineurope.net and propertyineurope.org?.

I agree and even Matt Cutts said there is no problem doing such.

As long as it for the users/visitors benefit it would be OK. But, if your purpose is for SEO, just don't do it. Better link from a diverse IP sources.

Same keywords on different domains is completely fine. With that, you will generate competition between sites that you own and it's a great method to get a good chunk of traffic from your competitors.
Just remember that ranking several sites is much more time consuming than ranking a single one.
Hope it helps!
