[ASK] How to create Clothing Video templates

I hope you guys can help me with this one!

I've seen these templates below and I was wondering if someone could guide me where can I learn how to do them as well. I couldn't find tutorials online or I don't know where to look.
They are done in After Effects and the images/designs can be changed from a photoshop file with anything want.

I want o be able to make new videos with new designs rendered from Photoshop file(at least that is how I understand it's done) or maybe you know a better way?!

I just want to start POD/dropshipping and don't have a big budget and this would be a great way to showcase any design.

I know it will be faster to use placeit but I want to create my own unique scenes and videos, exposing the products better than place it does, in different situations. Do you happen to know how it's being done?
