    Hi,

    Sorry for noob question i want to add google anayalists to track the visitor of my website. It is currently on the top page of google and i dont how much visitors i am getting the search term has montly traffic of 8000.

    So please tell me add google anyalicts code in wordpress blog

    just add the google analytics code into your footer of the wp theme

    Thanks for your reply BHW i have done it i cant use that because my blog is not older version.

    Can i asked one question that my website is last on google first page and that term get rougly 8000 searches how much traffic i could except from it.

    All the ways discussed are effective. however, the best SEO plugin for Wordpress hands down is Headspace. It allows simple editing of on page factors - Title tags and meta data as well as integration of all 3rd party modules such as Stat Counter, Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools. It also allows quick and easy changing of links to nofollow. Fantastic, highly recommended plugin for anyone who has a wordpress site.

    I have read somewhere but the best place to place the google analytics code is just after the <body> html code so as to take into account the actual bounce rate even before the site is load fully.

    How to paste it? Just open up the wordpress theme editor, it's usually located inside the header.php. Just paste the code and you are done! :tee:
