I want to hire some people to do some work for me part time but don´t know how much I should pay. I need people to do social bookmarking, making videos and submitting them, link building, article writing and submitting, and any other thing that I can outsource. I don´t know if I should pay a fixed amount of money for every work done or pay a percentage of earnings.

How do you pay for such work? Give me suggestions please!!!

I can't advise how much to pay, but don't offer to pay a percentage of your earning. Just ask a few guys who do work for their rates to get a good idea of whats a reasonable rate.

Thanks albertb. Do you have any experience on outsourcing? Where can I find good people to do these tasks?
