[ASK] How index content (from pinterest pin or facebook notes) to google?

hi all, i've been doing some manual backlinking for my sites from facebook post/note also in pinterest pin, the question is, how to index those content to google?
I used addmefast service and link indexing service but still not working yet.

What kind of links is it ?
Speelinks is, in my opinion, the best indexer, but all the others can do the job within few days...

But keep in mind that all links can't be indexed, but 0% is rare

For Pinterest:
- Make proper keyword research, for low competition.
- Gain as much repins/comments as you can.
- Make sure your account is active.

For Facebook:
- Same.
- Same, but likes/shares/comments, instead of repins, etc.
- same

i did it for pinterest using addmefast service, but still not show up on google index, for facebook maybe need to pay ads for that
