Hello,
Sorry for my stupid english.
In my country, the prepaid card is really really cheap so Im wondering if I bought alot and use it for verify Yahoo, GMAIL, Hotmail,etc to earn money.
But I dont know the process, do people buy Account from exact country? What they use it for usually?
Im thinking of creating the account manually, but how do people usually do it?

There are many uses, let's suppose people buy 100 verified Youtube accounts, they will use them to upload different variations or different videos for their business, or they will comment on top rated videos, like i said, there are many uses and varies from person to person.

Do they usually want exact location of the account?
 
You can make PVA Gmail Account , PVA outlook and hotmail Account .People need mostly GMAIL account so if you can provide in cheap rate then they will definitely purchase from you.For YT and CPA promotion everybody needs the PVA gmail account and you can understand if you can provide in cheap then how much business you can do daily...

Im thinking of doing it manual, buy the 100 Prepaid card in my country (10 usd) and then creating the account by myself.
So create new user > change phone card > verify > change proxy and repeat.

100 prepaid SIM Cards for 10 USD? I thought the production of the chips would cost more...

Tell me from where you are. I will visit you. ;)

Personal Tip: use 1 SIM and make accounts on many sites like FB,YT,Fiverr,Gmail and so on. Just search what PVAs are needed. If you do that with all SIMs you will get more ROI per SIM and bank hard.

About your automation question:
It will be hard to fully automate the steps, but it can be REALLY helpful, even if semi automated. Look at the download section. There are some gmail and hotmail account creators. You just need to fill in the Phone Number and proxy. You can also pay someone to make a bot just for you.

1. Search for a bot in BHW or at other places.
2. Try your best to stay in limits of your local law (at least).

Not sure why SIM card price is very low in your country.

I saw another site in my country offer 4 USD for 100 card, not quite sure though.

There's no limit of SIM cards (connections) one may have in your country?
