[ASK] How do I get traffic to this site?

I have a client that would like regional specific traffic to their site. Here's the problem - I can't really use google because the keywords that would be good to target don't really have that much traffic to them from that region.

Furthermore, it is a drugs site - marijuana. I figured out the best way would be to do myspace/facebook along with craigslist and twitter.

Here are my questions:

1. What's the best approach with facebook? Group?
2. I'm targeting mostly males aged 18-30. How do I do this with twitter?

ANY tips you give me would be useful. My ass is on the line with this one. Thank you guys.

I dont know about twitter. But with Facebook I have heard to make fake accounts join as many groups and add as many people and then "spam the hell out of them". Also if your client has any money to throw towards advertising they could always buy ads on Facebook. They have a pretty good system for ads where you can target specific age ranges. Even male to female. The best way I have found to use twitter so far is to follow as many people as you can. About half will follow you back . Then send links in your updates and you can also PM everyone with copypasta linking to site (which has brought some traffic into my websites)

Do a search for "sensationalist crap" in here. "sensationalist crap" is a good method your purpose, setting up useless groups to get traffic, for twitter go to twellow.com, there are categories of people in that website you and follow and they'll probably follow you back, use the twitter techniques on here to get followers.
