Dear BHW.

First, sorry for this long post. I need your opinions, suggestions, and maybe some help to start it all.

OK, here is the scenario.
I want to help a friend starting his make money online career.
Here is what he can/can?t do.

* Very basic English skill. We?re not from English speaking country.
I already told him to start reading lots of English contents, has been started.

* Very limited skill on computer and internet
I told him to use Internet more (lol)

* Absolutely no webmaster skills
I will teach him to build and manage wordpress blogs. Enough to start it all.

* Can put 2 hours per day, everyday. Should I FORCE him to put more times?

* Overall Budget to start: $500
It?s my money, he has no money to start with. It is max. amount, and I control it closely, will stop it anytime possible. Will be used mostly to pay outsourcers, I?ll give him the domain and hosting.

My plan is helping and teaching him to start his own sites using wordpress platform as it?s very noob friendly and will be enough to start it all. I myself only use wordpress.

I will guide him to do keyword research, put the contents on the blogs, doing basic manual link building; bookmark, comments, profiles, signatures. No article submission yet, due to his limited English.

I will also teach him to use spinnerchief to make somewhat unique contents that is enough to populate his site. I got the tips from a gentleman in this forum, sorry can?t remember the name, thanks. It will also help him improving his writing skill.

At first, the contents will be outsourced, I will teach him how to do that and find the writers. Maybe I?ll just pass one of my writers.

Monetize method: Adsense at first, will consider other methods anytime possible. CPA is not an option for now, maybe later.

Target: $300 per month at minimum, after max 1 year from the start.
I can do that easily but it will be a challenge to teach someone to achieve that, from absolutely zero.

Other plan, it will not cost me hard cash.

Giving him my PR4 ready site (I will still own the domain he will only use it to collect the money so I can get it back when time allows), and teach him to collect money from link selling. It can generate $50/month that can be used to start another site then scale it up from there. This way I can teach him two methods to monetize his site(s). TLA and similar programs can be used for this. All revenue will be invested back to the business, no revenue for other needs, mo matter what happen. I have a plan in mind to ensure this.

Now, could you please, ladies and gentlemen here, giving me your opinion, suggestions, advices, critics? I need all the help to start it all. I myself started my online career with virtually no real guide. I read countless ebooks, blogs, forums, and find my own way to do it all. Now, when it comes the time to teach someone how to start it all, I simply don?t have any idea where to start. So maybe I missed a thing or two on my plan.

It is better to teach someone "how to fish" than giving him a fish. As you told the scenario;

This is the worst part. You are talking about Internet Marketing and say that our candidate doesn't know how to use Internet.

It is only enough for running 1-5 websites without automation.

Let's try some scenarios;

You try to run an AdSense site in English;
You have to use unique content and this content must be readable (with the new updates of Google an autoblog will be much more than risky). Without proper English usage you will never have the chance to make it work.

You try to run an AdSense site in your language;
You will have 2 hours everyday, build well written content for your site and you can outsource backlinking and traffic works.

You try to target Clickbank & CPA in English;
Without enough English knowledge you will always have the risk of choosing the right products and offers. Also sometimes 2 hours a day may not be enough.

You try to target Clickbank & CPA in your language;
Choosing the right offers and products will be hard again but you can get customers with making reviews in your language and so on...

If I were you I would simply make him learn Internet Usage very well. Also your friend has to learn to use English well enough.

From my point of view it does not matter if you are a SEO master or not. As I have my own company and make my living through website design and SEO I do my SEO work on my own. But sometimes I do not have enough time and outsource works like SB blasts, traffic and Social Bookmarking even if I have SB and other tools. If you work with the right choices it will not matter whether you outsource it or not.

Last of all, I always think as "the house wins". I have been running 2 AdSense sites and get $5-10 per day but starting an e-store selling digital products made my daily revenue to $30 and more.

Yes, my plan is to, first, force him improve his skill both in English and internet, then we'll start from there.

Other skills actually can be outsourced, or don't really need complicated skill.
Bookmarking, comment, profiles, for example actually can be learnt in step by step tutorial. Automation tool can be an option.

Content for sure will be outsourced, but with the spinnerchief tricks I read on this forum, later on, he will be able to create his own, at least can reduce the writing costs.

But again, our first step wil be improving his english and internet skill.

Total noobs can show up, learn a couple of things and make a couple hundred a day.

What you need to do:

Find a GOOD website idea, that you can monetize from and yet does not have to many searches. What I mean by that is "Not an insurance niche or IM niche" -also make sure he knows what a niche is. Also make sure your site is actually a PR 4 and you were not scammed. (Alexa Toolbar is good to check)

After you got your niche then you need to write some GOOD quality content. Which means he has to be able to read, write, and understand English. I recommend writing 3-6 articles a day EVERY DAY for 2 months and upload them to the site.

At the SAME TIME write a related article every day for 10 days. Then upload them to: Ezine, Goarticles, Articlebase, and other authority sites. This will help establish the site as an authority site.

With each individual article, you should have a deep link in the article to a site like wikipedia or something that is related yet will not affect earnings. This will build "Trust" in the G's eyes.

Make sure the articles appear natural, not an obvious sales page. You are just giving a nudge, not selling the product. Make sure that you have signed up to Clickbank for an affiliate link, or you will not make any money like that.

Get a good layout for your website, a Wordpress theme is very SEO friendly. Place a G ad at the TOP of your article AND at the BOTTOM. This way, people have a way to click off giving you more money.

Sign up to a couple of auto surf sites, just search for "auto surf sites list" I only use targetedhitspro and autohitspro myself. What this does it will raise the "Alexa Rank" Alexa Rank is important, as G will give you better ads as your rank goes up. Keep in mind that this is junk traffic, and only is to make the ads on the site better.

But, before he should try a major website, you should have him practice on another site, just for a month or so. That way he will get the basics down and the main site will be more successful. I hope you understood this post, if not then feel free to ask questions, lol.

Currently, the first steps have been started, improving english and internet experiences.
Will need sometimes, learning different language is not easy.

Writing contents most likely will be outsourced, it's not easy to write let alone in a language we are not familiar.
Other tasks also can be outsourced, though not really required.
With this reason, actually he only needs to learn english enough to 'chat' with the workers.
I can teach him other skills when he's ready.

I am not much talented in IM but if you use English site it will give you more money per click.

yes, I believe $500 will be a good start up, though I'll not 'release' the funds in one 'blast'. The current learning step is still on English and general Internet skills.

Limited skills and limited time... it will be a real challange

Yea, I would just get a cracked version of Rosetta Stone (make sure you don't get caught) best language learning software out there

As for how advanced it is: He HAS to start somewhere. I started with a simple wordpress blog that my dad set up for me. Worked on it for 2 months (long days) in a niche that had no products to sell. Got disappointed by my lack of earnings for the time invested until he told me that it was the learning curve. Before I knew it, I was making multiple successful websites.

Funny thing is that now I am making a couple bucks off of my start up website, which looks way better to me than the thousands with other sites.

Tell your friend the basis of my post in your native tongue. Chances are he will not understand 90% of it but the 10% he DOES understand will help him a lot.

Make sure that you understand my post thoroughly. Once you understand everything I am saying, you can show him exactly what I mean. It is a much more effective method of learning. Show him what an autosurf or whatever is, what it does, and how it helps him.

Yes, I'm planning to teach him starting to blog on wordpress.com first.
I'll make sure he updates the blog everyday, using our language first.
It will teach him some basic things about wordpress and at the same time improving his writing skills.
I think techincal skills won't be really a problem, basic skills like bookmark, profiles, forums, comments.
I just need to show him how to do it directly, learning by seeing then trying.

If I were you I'd make him to work for me for a year or so... Then he can go on his own. Just create some blogs and teach him to spin the articles. Posting, bookmarking, pinging and every basic things..

By this way he can learn things and can get money from you. And you also will be benefited.
