It all comes from one array being empty on the line 309 of your header.php.
You should always check for empty arrays before you loop them in foreach. If you are not that tech savvy, then I suggest you to not modify your header.php, instead, go to the top of your header.php and paste the following code on the first line (i have included the php tag).
