[Ask] Got confused about homepage links definition...

I found that few of sales thread here on Marketplace SEO - Link building, said that
"The client(s) will get X duration homepage links"

My questions are
(1) Are the client's post shown up as full article on homepage? or just the excerpts? (any visitor must click "read more" to read the rest of the articles)
(2) if just the excerpts, and the excerpts itself doesn't contain any links to client's website, is it still consider a homepage links?

Please enlight me

I am not clear what you want to ask.Anyway,All the post can not be accommodate in home page. It is against ease of use.Instead excerpt is used and hence maintaining the home page linkage.
