(Ask for help) Making traffic exchange website.

i don't know if its a right place to ask. my friend ask me to join his journey to build a traffic exchange website.
I don't know if its worth to invest money into this work. i need some advice from Someone who actually done it.
What to expect and what is the most difficult thing?

No one can tell you if it's worth it or not. That is up to you. I will tell you this it's not easy and will take money so if you are living pay check to pay check I would maybe look at the plan your friend has a little closer.

The key is to set a game plan and have a clear direction of what you are doing, both willing to work your butt off to make it happen.
