[ASK] Domains redirect

i have a number of domains that currently am directed straight to posts on my site. today i checked with backlinkwatch.com and it showed these domains with nofollow. this means that G also sees this? are the domains hurting my PR?

i read here abt 301. there are a couple of disputes of this. any experts out there can help?
