I have a big site posting images from many news directory. Of course I know many people are talking about this copyright thing. But let's say I have:

- off-shore domains (prq)
- off-shore hosting (Netherlands)

Then why should I care for the bull shit? And I don't live in US. Do you think it's 100% safe?

Another question: Can I use this website to register for gud CPA networks? The site looks legit, just I take images from other websites. :)

Thanks and +rep added for helpful answer.

Anyone can answer this? Common. This is BHW, a nice place to help noob.

You have to ask the networks individually. They will all have different ways of handling things. Though in my experience I've had sites with tons of pictures of celebrities which I obviously don't own, and I got paid from a CPA network. I won't name names though because it might bring heat on them.

Yeah. Finally I see the answer. Sent you a PM, mate. :)

I'd prob put a DMCA link at the bottom so they can send you a C&D letter and you can take down the images instead of getting ur a$$ sued.

too many images. I don't think it's a good way.
Just use offshore domain and host so I don't care about DMCA.

I hope some good CPA networks will accept my website (4K US visit daily). But I still cannot get in any of them.
