Ask.com ppc traffic?

hey there!

Anyone got good results with Ask.com ? Is their traffic clean? What about volume? Clicks expensive for terms like car insurance and the like?

Any feedback is good feedback.

Again, Howie Schwartz talks about ask.com in this video regarding finding a niche.

He says ask.com is not great at all for traffic but excellent to ID niches. Ask.com now has teoma search engine features built into it.

Both Ask.com and LookSmart.com use the same interface for managing your account. It's incredibly cumbersome to use. The traffic quality is poor, somewhat similar to Google's content network. But it's really difficult to manage your account - which makes it harder to react to the performance of your keywords and ad copy. At the end of the day, if you dropped a few thousand into Ask.com, it would have probably been better spend on AdWords.

ask.com is very good in finding niches, but has a very poor traffic quality.

After viewing Howie Video, I use it on daily basis for finding niches.

ya the traffic quality isnt that great, but i still rank it 4th behind google, ysm, and msn.

Well, if you can get the clicks priced lowed enough..I've found it converts "decently" on short form offers.
