    Hello everyone,
I'm newbie and developing a website.
I want to build more backlink through posting to other forum.
I wonder if I can copy all my content and paste to the forum. And just add link back to my site.

I worry that when doing that, my content is not unique anymore. How google know which one is original?
Sorry for such an idiot question. But I just started with SEO and have very little knowledge about it.
    Thanks!

Just to let you know, that posting backlinks in this forum as a newbie is the quickest way to get a ban + ip blocked as this looks like bot behaviour. Particularly if you're copying and pasting content.

Most forums have similar rules but the people who do backlink successfully are the ones who invest time in the forum and become a trusted member. That way, people can see they're not recommending dodgy sites or derailing discussions for a quick link.

When your link enriches the forum in question and is legitimate, it might get through once at most. If you start posting all your articles and linking out, the forum mods will probably ban you. This is a very old spam practice and is shunned upon and even if it's a legitimate post, it'll look suspicious at first.

I just want to ask about how google treat, not about how mod and admin in those forums treat. So is it OK to have my content duplicated in other forums?

Don't copy anything. You need to sort out a way to post your content in a natural way.

Try for example to search for forum post regarding your niche (even old) and pm the author. Ask him to look at your content and maybe mention your website (good chance it would also backlink it).

If you really wanna do MANUAL forum posting then you gotta at least find some related currently indexed threads rather than making up new threads with no PA/DA.
A simple G query such as: intitle:"keyword"" inurl:"forum" will get you an assload of currently indexed forum threads with related content. Simply set up an account and make a pointless post. Return a week later and edit the signature with your anchor text and you will have bypassed any mods checking for spam seeing as the thread will be dead and off the feed again.

    Do you know?
When I was at your stage. It means when I was very new to SEO then I also use to do same as you are trying to do.
Sharing my personal experience here with you. I can remember that day When I was posting the same text in all the threads in a forum in sake of getting backlinks from that forum.
And guess what happened in the next few hours?
The Moderators of that forum banned my IP and I still not able to access that forum.
This is the result we may get If we will try to get something without giving value to them.
If you want to get valuable link back from other forums then It is highly recommend to you, create your trust in that forum by posting helpful comments on other threads.
When you will help others in that forum then It will show that you are a genuine and loyal person who wants to help others and wants to learn something from others. This will make you a trusted person in the forum. I hope you understand what I am trying to explain you. ;)

I usually write few comments in threads asking good questions or helping other people before sending my link. And when I send it I usually help others too.

You can't do copy and paste because that's spam. Invest your time in reading the forums, providing constructive comments and then put in a few of your links.
