Starting a Digital Marketing Consultancy Company. Really confused about target market in India.

You can target local shops by giving them cheap offers
Everything depends on your skills to scare them that they are lacking something by not opting for Digital marketing.

Thanks but these local shops demand too much time and have a really small budget for Digital Marketing. Adding this to "To do"
