Can new blog , backling directly PBN?,
with 1000 pbn range da:35 pa:35 domain age below 2007, high quality pbn.

OP, I do not understand what you are asking..

Do you want to know if you can link from 1000 PBN?s to a new blog? If so, then no, it?s not advisable.

But, if you are asking if it would be OK to link from one domain to a new blog, then the answer is yes.

It's a little bit difficult to understand what you want to know.
I agree with diesel1, 1000 links from PBN in one moment are really danger decision.

So, you have 1000 pbn with DA 35 and PA 35 , but you don't know what can or can't do with linking velocity !
