Is there any tricks or something to do that this thing.

If you're talking about wordpress, I'm using https://wordpress.org/plugins/social-networks-auto-poster-facebook-twitter-g/, https://ifttt.com/ is another option.

These are probably the most popular ways. Snap is a plugin that will post out to your social media sites. On IFTTT you set up recipes where one action triggers another. IFTTT is very broad and can be used to automate all kinds of tasks.
