No am not into ninjas.
english is not my first language but i have big experience in stealth accounts (avoiding restrictions,lifting it,verifing accs and many more)
paypal, amazon,payoneer,ebay and many many more.

grey area. many many people use stealth accounts every day. ( its not hacking or cracking ) just to avoid some taxes or just be anonymous, maybe just got banned somewhere without big reasons, its common thing nowdays :)

Understood but after 9/11 didn't a lot of this kind of stuff become illegal?

I recall you could open a bank anywhere, paypal was like a game you could have 100 accounts, nobody asked you anything. Then after 2001 everything got difficult and even airports became controlled.
 
one thing I can't figure out is how to withdraw your money from a stealth account IF YOU DONT WANT TO OPEN MULTIPLE BANK ACCOUNTS. is there anyway to withdraw without a bank account?

bro i have a question,i would like to withdrw my money from a website with my new stlth acct,the problem is that with the same website i withdrawed to my old stlth acc ,when withdawing from this website my name is mentioned ,is it ok i made the withdrw to new stlth acct,

Name ia nothing, there is millions of john smith in usa or in the world, matters your ip, ssn and phone, if this not same you are ok

you mean ip, ssn and phone, should not be matching for old and new pal accounts
